Thank you, Stephen, Shirley, Cecil & Michelle...I've read so much about the Owens Valley Wave back in the day when I was flying gliders in Washington.....to actually get to see it was amazing....you all know those moments...you weren't expecting and then all of sudden there it is! Hi Dee, Thank You.....yes it was amazing to see the salt from the dry lake being sucked up into the clouds...but to also see the lenticulars and the roll clouds...amazing...and it was so dark yet light....Have a wonderful evening!

Yup...I entered both...they both received an editor's pick...more than the two I entered from the Albuquerque Festival that had the same feel...they didn't get a nod. You just never know what the judges are looking for. I've seen that in our club competitions too....oh well...I still have fun regardless...it's all about the shoot and experience of the day then sharing it with the folks out there....have a wonderful day Thomas....and thanks again for commenting!

Hi Thomas...well there is no ep on this one...there was another submitted later on that received an editor's pick....sorry about that....my husband reminded me that the first time it received nothing....so resubmited ...ahhhh the fun of aging and not remembering every little detail....have a good one and now you know your computer is not misbehaving.....
