Someone once told me that butterflies only lived for a few days after they had fully evolved. I guess it isnt true because this particular one became a part of the scenery for almost an entire month. My boys and I would sit outside for long times waiting for it to come and land on us, and it became an evening ritual to walk down to my parents and see if it was still there. Very cherished memories.
