What a beauty. Hopefully you're right and he has a home nearby. I found a Corgi in the road right before Christmas. Poor thing was sooooooo dirty and crusty that it took two weeks to get the smell out of my car and a whole bottle of shampoo to get him clean. We had to keep him over night until I could take him to a shelter.
