Thank you Marty for the great comment. You must go. We went in Oct. and it was about 70 so it was very nice weather. It gets cold at night. We stayed in Vegas the room rates are way down. You can drive to all these places from there.

A great shot, Kathy! We almost stopped there but never did. Sorry I missed this cool area. I really enjoyed our trip to Death Valley in June. It was hot though!
