Perhaps one of the most creative shots of a flower I have seen. I think its a combination of that and the full screen of white that makes it so gorgeous. L love how the petals of the flower unfold in layers across the page. A beautiful softness and delicate look at a winning floral beauty my friend. Fantastic.

Your title captures perfectly the feel of this lovely image, Patti. The subtle tones are wonderfully controlled, guiding my eye into the heart of the image.

This is what macro shooting is all about. I would love to know the camera settings since I expect to have my new 100 mm macro delivered tomorrow. I hope I can come even close to the qualities you have attained here.
