Back to make this my official favorite of your August entries -- you have many wonderful resubs, of course, but I like to try to choose a new image. I just find this one fascinating for its combination of simplicity and intricacy of detail. Others I especially liked include all your stairwell shots from the Goetheanum building (my favorite of the Aug entries is still "Colorlevels") and your Paris shots ("Sacré Coeur" tops the list there). Can't wait to see what the BP editors pick -- I'm sure you will have multiple finalists and wins again, Katarina. Good luck.

This struck me because one rarely sees stacks of wood in such beautiful tones. Those little poke holes just add another layer of interest (and, there are many L-of-L's in the whole picture.)
