Excellent image, Michelle!! I guess you used HDR work to correct the exposure outside!! As for the car...if I had it, I'm sure it would be out of that barn a fair bit!!!

As soon as I saw the gleaming red car...I knew this must be another barn image, Michelle! What a perfect place to keep a retired race car :) Great treatment here, terrific details and lighting inside and outside, yet smooth like velvet! Just wonderful!

Wow, Michelle - what a gorgeous classic car...and it's hidden away in just a fabulous old barn, too!! I agree with Kate J, "if I was that Ferrari I would back in so I could look at the wonderful view"!! :o)

They REALLY built barns (well, this one at least!) to last in the 1700's, didn't they?!! I LOVE the stonework here...and the light, textures, details, tones and composition all are exceptional, too!! :o)

I saw this on page#4 of the Finalists page then I saw your other finalist images and they are all deserving worthy to move into the next round and hopefully you get one of the golds, Michelle,

IMHO, what made this photo was your ability to bring out correct illumination of the barn interior and at the same time show details in the fields on top of your creativity of illustrating a vintage car in an unusual environment. Such great image!
