Let's get it over

Kody dressed & waiting at the door to be taken to see the vet. I was worried he would tell me something I didn't want to hear. Turns out the little itchy sores she has are from Miliary dermatitis. The injection seems to be having a good effect already. Lens aperture F/2.8, shutter speed 1/32sec, focal length 6mm, ISO 100.

So glad she's feeling better Chris! Is the coat to keep her from scratching herself?

I'm so glad it was much better news than you were afraid it would be & that the shot is working! Poor Kody, though...having to dress like this in public to see the vet! :)

Thank you all for wishing Kody well. Kody doesn't usually dress like this for outings but it seems most times she goes to see the vet it is cold weather, something she hates. She willingly wears her coats when she has to leave the woodfire!!!

Yes. I'm with Christine! Looks like Kody is all dressed up for a very special occasion. :D Dinner at the "CLUB" perhaps! HA!

Glad the most special part was the diagnosis. xo

An update on Kody. She is feeling so much better. I don't know how she got the dermatitis now but I'm sure glad we were able to cure it. I'm sure she wouldn't mind getting dressed up to go to the club for dinner so long as they served fresh prawns.

Lol, Chris - Kody really IS dressed for the winter chill here...and I can JUST imagine her thinking, 'let's get it over' with when having to visit the vet!! ;o)

Chocky doesn't enjoy those visits much either...but he tolerates them quite well!! That reminds me, we must make an appointment with our local vet for Chocky to have his yearly shot!! ;o/

This is a superb capture, Chris...and I'm SO glad to hear that Kody is now feeling MUCH better!! :o) Where do you get her warm coats...or do you make them? She really does look VERY smart...and warm!! ;o)
