I saw a herd of Alpacas when we were driving through the village of Broke several weeks ago so stopped by the side of the road. My camera was turned to black and white so didn't come up too badly. You can see the Cria (baby) in the background. Thankyou for looking. ~Pat and Graham

Fantastic work here Pat! The sharp detail and tones are out of this world! At least you won't get spat on from this distance!

Awww, Pat and Graham - alpacas really are SO cute-looking...but you don't want to have one spit on you!! Friends of ours have alpacas and have told us of their experiences!! ;o/ Anyway, this is a superb capture of the mother and 'cria' - the textures, tones, selective focus, lighting, pov and composition here all are truly excellent!! :o)
