"Delicate" is the word that came immediately to mind when I saw the thumbnail, Songbird. I love the title, and never had a clue that almond flowers were so beautiful. I love the nuts too! Here, we expect that rain over the next couple of days will diminish the snow.

you would LOVE to be in the orchard.. the air smells of honey .. its just delicious! and the gorgeous pinkish white blossoms light up the dark branches... all in perfect rows, its a sight!
