I see this as a big winner too. With so many awesome Eagle shots to look at on BP, this one is unique. Detail is remarkable...and the sun glare makes it even more beautiful.

Excellent detail, exposure, POV, & DOF. Is this actual lens flare or added effect?
At 95mm, you were very close.
All I can do here is shoot the eagle from afar. I only know of one nest in my area, and the landowner will not allow closer access..Hit & miss getting close enough to one fishing at a water source too..Anyway,

The beach I visit is private and you can literally get within arms length of dozens of these beautiful, majestic birds. Thank you all again for taking the time to look and comment. James
