Little Skipper 122009


	Little Skipper 122009 Just a little Skipper butterfly on the last of our autumn Mums. Photo taken with Olympus E520, Aperture Priority, exposure 1/640 second at f/5.6 no exposure bias, Olympus 70-300mm lens and 25mm extension tube, Lens set at 300mm, ISO 2oo. Taken early evening in our garden, natural light, post processing done in Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. Ken R. Frischkorn

Nice image of this skipper. I like it. Very colorfull. I will be getting an extension tube set this Christmas, that I will try on my 18-105mm Nikor zoom lens. This should work fine for butterflies and large insects where the chance of getting real close is lower.
