Through this arch, the Green Animal Topiary Gardens looked like the kind of place where anything can happen. “Who knows,” I thought. Maybe I’d meet a fairy queen,...run into a couple gentle giants...or be nuzzled by a unicorn. It was bound to be a magic afternoon.

This is a nicely composed photograph. One's eye is drawn in through the framing effect of the arch. A wonderful presentation Jean.

Thanks so much Warren, Marilyn, and Melissa.

My husband and I were both sick for our entire vacation, but I'm really glad we forced ourselves to get out and see these gardens.

The composition, the framing, is what first drew me here, Jean, in the thumbnail. Then the lines of the hedges and paths kept me moving very happily through the shot of a garden I'd love to have visited.
