Hi Jim,
Such a terrific scene! And it's a perfect choice for our "Where in the World?" quiz in the next issue of BetterPhoto's monthly PhotoFlash newsletter (due to be published this Wednesday, Sept. 2nd - the first day of Sept. classes).

Kerry

Hi Everyone,
Enjoy guessing where Jim captured this scene. We'll check in from time to time over the coming days, but we won't reveal the answer until next week ... so keep guessing! :-)

Thanks,
Kerry

  Hi Everyone,

I'm surprised all of you guessed this so quickly, but you correct. It was taken from one of the clock towers in Tallinn so I could get that elevated point of view. I then used the graduated neutral density filter built into Adobe Camera Raw to tone down the sky.
