From this angle the challenge was to bring these big rocks away from their background. HDR was a big help, but the 3 exposures had to be quick enough to keep the leaves in the same place in the frame.

Hiya Marty! A beautiful use of hdr in this mixed lighting situation...really adds focus on the alter and pulpit with enough detail in the background. Lovely framing with the lighting in the leaves as well!!! I'm betting this is a perfect representation of the scene and lighting as you saw it :)
