1 CUP OF SUGAR 1/2 CUP CRISCO 2 EGG YOLKS 1 CUP OF MILK 2 CUPS OF FLOUR 1/2 TSP. SODA 1 TSP. OF CREAM OF TARTAR 1/2 TSP. SALT 5 TABLESPOONS OF COCOA 1 TSP. VANILLA DROP ON COOKIE SHEET TO THE SIZE YOU WANT THE COOKIE. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES (MAKES APPROX. 15 COOKIES) FILLING 1/2 CUP OF CRISCO 2 EGG WHITS 2 CUPS OF CONFECTION SUGAR BEAT UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY I USUALLY DOUBLE THE FILLING AS I LIKE A LOT OF FILLING.
