We have had a roller coaster ride on this weather thing here in MO, a week ago we were at -4F, I just came back from a two mike walk in 49 degree weather. We got rid of most of our 2 inches yesterday and today. Your countryside looks a lot like ours.

Like the way the shadows lead you into the image. We have had a fairly mild winter here in Co.

I'm trying to imagine how you survived last winter's heavy snows, Roxanne. It makes me shiver when I see so much white surrounding your birdbath... But --- it's all relative, isn't it? To you, this is probably a deLIGHTful sight, taken while you were sunning in your swimsuit!! ;-) Love the blue tones and the interlaced branch shadows.

Wonderful capture, Roxanne!! Love all the blue tones, and the shadows are great!! I used my big deck flower pots to feed the birds when we had so much snow. We usually only get a few inches and a day or two later its gone, but not this year! This year it was up to the top of the pots (somewhere over 2 feet) and I had to keep scraping it out of the pots so the birds could eat. Sure hope we are done with snow for this winter!

Thanks for this capture of the snow. I need to write or you can message me. How do you get around like to your feeder with the snow is up to the top. I wonder how you drive your cars up there. Bill
