Founders of the Institute for Environmental Learning, Paul and Anne Schnell, along with this beautiful raptor, educate the community about environmental conservation. Paul rehabilitated Liberty back to health after he suffered a broken wing almost 20 years ago. I was fortunate enough to meet Paul, Anne, and Liberty at The Wildlife Festival in Lewiston, NY last year. Last month, Paul invited me to photograph Liberty again. A wonderful experience! Lucky you to be able to photography and view him! This is my favorite. His eyes are the sharpest in this one I think. Like the black background too - makes him stand out more. I think the blue/green b/g draws your eye away from him. Magnificent!
