Thanks Paul- it's always worth getting your tennis shoes and socks soaking wet to get shots like this! I was showing BP members (at the recent Summit) how to compose a landscape shot with a wide-angle (always needing a good foreground). Everyone ran when the waves came rushing in - I understand for sure, but to me, that's nature photography!

Ah I wish I could have been there but I was getting wet somewhere else. I was at Pfeiffer Beach shooting through a hole in the rock when the water came from behind me halfway up my legs. Hope my capture comes close to this one. You at least caught the light perfectly. Awesome image, Sean

Thanks Ann- I never capture exactly what I want when teaching workshops since my main focus is showing students how I go about things- so it's hard to focus on finding images since I have to be in a mode to do so - but thanks for the compliments- yes, I captured a nice landscape that morning! Beautiful light and beautiful surroundings- couldn't go wrong.
