Yes, the dust lets this pic down... You might rescue lots of quality by doing some cloning in PhotoShop. Also, adjusting levels would bring more contrast and zing to fading photos.

I've been working on this one... But I think I still need to improve my PS skills (getting there) - but I've managed really clean some of them up a lot....
