Lens for Olympus is-20

Actually, I don't need a camera since I am happy with the one I have (an Olympus is-20 dlx). however, I need your advice concerning lenses.

as I was walking in front of a photographic equipment store in new york city this afternoon, I noticedthe same camera, with a teleconverter attached to it. I wanted to buy one for some time, and I knew that Olympus had made one for that camera (a 1.7x converter that was mentioned in the manual) but I had never gotten around to doing it. the store didn't have that specific lens, but the
salesperson showed me one (a 1.4x converter) and attached it to a camera similar to mine so I could see the effect. he also showed me a "super wide macro lens" (0.42x), which I had never seen before (don't know much about photography...) but that I found
really cool. he initially asked for $120 for the pair, and I ended up buying it for $110.

as soon as I left the store, though, I began suspecting I had made a mistake. the macro lens' brand name is titanium, which I had never heard before. it is made in Japan and imported by a new jersey company called sakar international. from the packaging and the instructions inside, it looks like
it is more for video cameras than for fill.
