Problem to used Telephoto Len's


I am using Nikon F90x camera but having a problem went I want to used a Telephoto Zoom Len's.

What I mean here cannot get a better picture.

Lens Nikon ED ( AF- S VR-NIKKOR 70 - 200MM 1:2.8G )

  You photo did not get uploaded, so I cannot see what problem you are having.

There are 2 problems with using the AF-S 70-200 F/2.8G VR lens with your F90x. First, the VR function will not work with that camera body. VR functions only with the latest generation autofocus bodies - D1X, D2H, D1H, D100, D70, F5, F100, N80, N75 and N65.

Second, it is a "G" series lens that does not have a ring for setting the aperture. Because of this it can be used on your F90x only in Program and Shutter priority modes. While the F90x can operate the aperture in these 2 auto modes, it does not have the necessary controls to manually set the aperture, so you cannot use Aperture priority or full Manual exposure modes.
