Another copyright question I know this has been discussed previously but for the life of me I can't find the thread! I'm working in the direction of submitting photos to various stock agencies. I see from the descriptions of their needs that many of them are seeking historical/vintage shots. I may be able to submit those types of photos my Dad took many years ago. My Dad is no longer living. Is there a problem with copyright and or model releases etc with photos that are "vintage". Thanks for your help!
