Speedlite 188A Info Needed I am using an old Canon Speedlite 188A on my EOS Rebel Xs. The Speedlite has a sensor on it's front, but just how well does it work? It has three settings: manual, F/4, and F/8. I found that by using the guide #'s the exposure was better than either the 4 or 8 setting, but the distance scale on the back of the flash is confusing to make sense out of. I can't tell what the distance for the 4 or 8 setting is as the bar scale has more than one mark on it. Is anyone familiar with the 188A at all? I like the flash, but don't understand the bar scales on it.
