How to print more then one photo on a printer?

Hello All,

I would like to be able to print as many pictures in various configurations on one sheet of letter sized photo paper. I do have Photoshop 5.0 (still learning) if that helps any.

Thanks

Larry

It helps. There's various ways. I'll try to be short but clear on one.
If you wanted to make several small pictures of the same size on one sheet you could for example a bunch of 2x3's:
Get your picture, resize it to 2x3 inches
Create a new background by going under file, then select new, and make it the size you want. But make sure the resolution of the new background is the same as the 2x3 and make sure the background is a size that won't cut off the edges if your printer makes borders.

Then go to the 2x3, under select choose select all, or you can use ctrl-A. Then copy or cut the 2x3(under edit or ctrl-C or ctrl-X)

Then go to the new background and paste (ctrl-V)This will make a layer of one 2x3. You can do a row and use the move tool to line everything up and have like 4 layers. And instead of pasting 12 images, you can form a row, and then merge each layer to make one layer.

After that, you can duplicate that layer so that you get two layers with each having 4 little pictures. And you can keep duplicating layers until you get however many will fit on the page.

Then you can flatten the image once everything is lined up, and you have a sheet of little pictures.
