  Hello All,

It will depend largely upon the iso/asa settings of your camera -
what are the ranges
eg S1 Pro is 320, 400, 800, 1600.
and whether or not you have 'bulb' setting.
(bulb allows you to leave the shutter open for long periods of time - all night if required - some cameras only do to 30 seconds)
If your camera does not have an iso of 800 - 1600, or you do not have a 'bulb' setting - you will probably not be able to do it.
You will also need a steady tripod and cable release (or use the self timer on the camera) to avoid camera shake from pressing the shutter button.
The only other way that I can think of would be a series of mutliple exposures - provided your camera has that option.
As far as the best settings are concerned - more then likely they will be different every night due to the intensity of the lights and the cloud cover, if any.
You could also try a search on
www.google.com
