Water

A group of friends have decided to take photos and compare on a monthly basis. This months topic/subject is water. Anything different you guys could offer in regards to suggestions, apart from taps, waterfalls?

This time of year, ice would qualify as water, and make a good subject.

You could try shooting a still-life subject with a long shutter speed with flowing water as a background.

Dewdrops also make great subjects when shot in macro. If you get real close, you can see the background reflected in the drop.

Good luck!

Oh, I forgot to mention... I'm in good old sunny and HOT Melbourne Australia! You have given me a good idea with the ice though! "Ice Cubes"!
