How Can I make Barn Doors For Studio Lights

Late last year I bought a Set of Elichrom Model 22 Studio heads that came with some accesories.

One of the Items is a thing called a
Barndoor set Part no. 26037 it is a
square frame that fits over a reflector
But I did'nt get any barn doors!!!!

So I have two choices make some or spend $$$ on a new one.

I like the first Idea best. My Idea is to make some out of something and hinge
them some how.

Has any one tried to do something like this?
