Dexluxe Websites I would like to know what the benefit is of getting a website from Better Photo. Other than supporting Better Photo, which in itself is a good cause, I'd like to know what the benefits are since I can get free websites or much cheaper ones or even hitchhike on my husband's business site. Please explain. Thanks, Ellen Zaslaw

Why save quarters for the laundramat if somebody's going to give you a washer and dryer?

Sorry. I don't catch your analogy. A simple explanation would do. Ellen

If you can get a free website, then why even think about sending money to betterphoto to get a website. If being able to make your own was common knowledge, you'd probably have most people here doing their own. Unless your free site or your husband's site has some kind of limits or side deals you don't want. Basically it's an easy way, relatively cheap at the moment, to get one set up for you, domain name registration and all that.

Okay thanks. I think I'm beginning to get the picture here. Excuse my ignorance on this matter. It's worth thinking about. I looked at a few of them on Better Photo and they're quite nice. Ellen

There's only a limited amount of options as far as how you can make a site look, but you kinda have to expect that for something that's like a web site kit. But there's a limit on how many pictures you can have. The deluxe has a limit of 1,000 photos, and the regualar version has a limit of I think 100, can't remember. That may be something you don't like.
