how can I take pictures thru a window we feed the animals in our yard and I would like to take pictures thru the window, is there any way to do that?

make sure the glass is clean for starters, then if you have a rubber lens hood, which most people don't, use that and put the lens right up to the glass so the the hood is against the glass so that you block any reflection from your camera. Or you could use a dark colored jacket or shirt as a cover to prevent reflections, and try to keep the inside of the room as dark as you can.
