setting for backlight flash I am taking a portrait picture about 6 feet away from the camera. i'll be using a nikon90 camera with flash but to separate the subject wearing a dark suit and hat against a solid blue background , ill be using a vivitar 283 flash between the subject and the background which setting should I set the vivitar on? thanks
