Linear vs. Circular Polarizer I'm still stuck on this question after reading extensively on this site. If I have a Canon EOS Rebel 2000, do I need to switch from circular to linear when I switch from autofocus to manual?

No. A circular polarizer can be used on either af or manual focus cameras, in either af or manual focus mode. Hoya's site explains it pretty well. http://www.thkphoto.com/products/hoya/gf-04.html
