Well, are those your only choices? or do you want to explore other cameras? If you want to do portraits, the Fuji s2 pro is the best.(its a little pricy) Personally, I go to The review button and click on what camera I want and you can look at all the pictures people have taken with that camera. But if you are really set on one of those 3 cameras, Either one will give you great results. As I said before, canon is my favorite. :)
