Elisheva, Looks like you've got a pretty healthy kit already. Why are you looking for a new lens? It's impossible to make suggestions unless one knows what it is you're trying to shoot that you can't shoot with the lenses you already have. Are you trying to upgrade one of your lenses? Are you wanting to combine focal lengths into one lens? There is no one lens that will do it all. Even your 24-120 has limitations. I would focus in on learning more with what you have before adding another piece of glass. It will only frustrate you to have one more lens to choose from if you don't know what you're shooting yet. Yes, upgrading from a 200mm to a 300mm lens will make things easier for certain shots, but it won't solve any major issues that you couldn't get with the 200mm through a little creative improvisation. There is usually a way to shoot whatever it is you want to shoot with what you already have, and you already have the most popular and useful focal lengths in your arsenal. The less gear you have to carry around, the more creative you'll force yourself to be.

Lens choice depends on what you want to do. But, it was NOT studpid getting rid of the 24-200. It is not a very sharp lens.Be a little more specific on what you like to photograph, and I can recommend a lens or two for you. Good luck! Tony Sweet
