i'm rather new to photoshop, im more of a darkroom guy, but gotta change that.
Im doing some picture for a wedding and they look great on the screen but when I take them to be printed, they always come out blurred a bit, I took them on Fuji Senia 100. other shots come out great, its just throwing me for a loop. can some explain the whole ressolution and image size stuff to me. thanks

Sensia 100 is a slide film, right? How are you getting your slides into digital? Are you using the slide attachment for a flatbed scanner, or a film scanner? Rather than burn up a lot of space here, see my Articles on Scanning and Imaging Programs on my web site and see if that helps.

  Hi Dean:

One ALWAYS has to tweak an image after scanning and before printing.

There is a LOT to this and many ways to achieve it.

If you feel that your knowledge is insufficient to comfortably work in Photoshop, you may want to consider Jim class at Betterphoto, Photoshop for photographers, which has only a few openings left.

Good luck!
