"Although exceptions can be made to this rule, only one photo per participant can place as a winner in each monthly contest category."

You can enter the contest as often as you like, provided you only upload one photo per day. If, however, you have 5 photos that have made it to finalist and they are all in the same category, and all five are chosen as winners, only the one photo will be able to be a winner.
