I have put some photos in to DigitalPhotocritque and have been told a couple of time that the photo is "too hot". what exactly does this mean and how do I fix it? Thanks, Diane

Too hot either means there are a lot of naked chicks in the shot or that it's overexposed. I'm going to guess they're trying to tell you it's overexposed. When shooting digital it works better to err on the side of underexposure. You can always bump it up in an editing program but detail lost through overexposure can not be recovered.
