Digital Cameras Hi, I have been used to using a nice Pentax MZ-50 SLR and am currently researching digital cameras, so much so I am now totally confused. Currently I am looking at either the Olympus C5050, the Minolta Dimage 7i, the Canon G5 or G3. I really appreciate the sharpness and clarity of a good photo and something that is quite effective in low light conditions. I am interested in macro, portraits, night photography and landscapes, and b&w. Can anyone help me with my dilemma. I fear that none of these will give me the the zoom I wish to have for landscapes, without spending more money on attachments and another lens. Thank you, Nicky

I suggest you take a look at the new camera Fuji just announced. It is one of 2 cameras sort of replacing the excellent S602. There is the 5000 & 7000. The 5000 has a 10x zoom. http://www.fujifilm.com/JSP/fuji/epartners/Products.jsp?nav=0&parent=PRODUCT_CATEGORY_234644&product= Michael Kaplan Canon EOS-10D http://www.pbase.com/mkaplan
