If I photograph old objects, w brand names ? I have several collections I am thinking of photographing and making into posters to sell. What is there to know about any brand names being visible? must I have permission if I own the objects? If some objects are old, and no longer sold, is that ok? If the item is still sold, must I have permission? For example....a bunch of shoes....but some have the trademark logos showing, some not having any logos.....but I am using it as a "theme" for a poster on walking..... I do not know what this might be called, and have looked in some books, but have not found much... any help would be appreciated. Diane
