Patrick, Assuming you're in the U.S., Bogen is the U.S. distributor of Metz Mecablitz products. Have you tried calling them? Bogen's "parts" department telephone number is on this web page: http://www.bogenphoto.com/service/rightscreen.php3 Scroll down to the bottom for their address and phone numbers. One of the phone numbers gives an extension for their parts department. -- John

Also . . . just remembered . . . While you're waiting for a 45 CT-5 manual, you can likely "get by" with understanding most of the operation of your flash by using the 45 CL-1 and 45 CL-4 manuals. The 45 CL-4 is likely the closest cousin and the only difference between it and the 45 CT-4 is LED's used to illuminate controls on the back. The 45 CL-1 and 45 CL-4 manuals are available as downloads in PDF form on Metz' German site under their service and support section: http://www.metz.de/1_metz_2000/m_pages_english/main_index_e.php3?link=7&sub=1&linkname=service -- John
