Patrick, Assuming you're in the U.S., Bogen is the U.S. distributor of Metz Mecablitz products. Have you tried calling them? Bogen's "parts" department telephone number is on this web page: http://www.bogenphoto.com/service/rightscreen.php3 Scroll down to the bottom for their address and phone numbers. One of the phone numbers gives an extension for their parts department. -- John
