Possible to make a blurry photo/negative clearer?

I have a picture that means a great deal to me. The photo and negative are blurry..not bad..but bad enough. Is it possible to have it fixed? Thanks very much.

  Andrea,
Unfortunately, if the lack of sharpness (blurriness) is on the negative there's nothing you can do that will improve it. You cannot get any more sharpness or detail level in the print than is present in the negative.

For future reference:
If you ever do have a situation in which the negative is "sharp" but the print is blurry, the fault is in the printing . . . an improperly focused enlarger or its negative carrier out of adjustment . . . that can be fixed by having the lab reprin it properly.
