  Dear Kelly:
I'll make an assumption: You're asking about black and white prints.
If the print is on RC (resin coated) paper, you can often rerinse the print without damaging the image. Your question begs another question, though: Why do you want to rerinse the print?
If your rinse water was not clean enough, and the print has residue of some kind on it, rinsing the print under a faucet and gently rubbing the residue can often safely remove it.
This may also hold true if something gets on the print after it has dried, unless the contaminant is caustic, or was hot enough to damage the resin coating.
If your print was made on fiber based paper, stain removal may be more problematic, again depending on the contaminant. You might then try visiting the website for the paper manufacturer and posting your question for a tech rep.
