Photography Licences Do need a licence to take pictures of things for charge for other people?

Hannah, This is subject to local laws and ordinances. Basically, if you charge others for making photographs, you are operating a business and must have all the business and tax permits/licenses, etc. that any other business requires. I've never heard of any "special" license required specifically for photography . . . just the normal business things common to every other business. If you begin operating a studio in your home, you must also be aware of local zoning ordinances which may, or may not, allow operating a business of that type where you live. Again, depending on local laws/ordinances, this may require a "special use permit" if the neighborhood is zoned for residential use. Caveat:
