Release needed to sell a photo of a home? I am an amateur trying to make the leap to selling my work and I often find interesting homes and gardens that I like to shoot. I usually go back and give the owner a picture, but I was wondering if I needed any kind of release signed, similar to a model release, if I am going to sell one of the photos.
