Portraits of children When doing portraits of children how do you get them to smile, specifically when you have more than two and the age range is from infant to 12? I am doing outdoor photography so I do not have the luxury of studio antics.

How stupid can you get. Silly faces, you can take a toy with you to make the baby smile. 12 year olds will usually respond when the baby does. I'm not sure why you can't use studio antics outside, unless your afraid someone will see you, if thats the case (who cares) it's your job. Just have fun and they will too.
