Photography Question

Lisa S. Poole

Submitting work to art&craft store to sell.

I want to submit some of my work to the local League of Craftsmen store to be sold there. It is a juried process and they are looking for 10-13 pieces to review. I am looking for some advise as to what they may be looking for and what would be the best presentation, (matted, matted & framed, in protfolio case). Any advise would be great? I have a member gallery if anyone want to take a peek and tell me honestly if I should try or not.
Thank you,
Lisa Poole

  Oh Lisa,
Definitely submit your work, it's great! I love the white tulips in the pitcher. I would call the League and ask them for there submission guidelines, I'm sure they can tell you what they are looking for. I would imagine for the jury part that matted prints in a presentation case would be best. I don't think you'll have any trouble getting in.
