Fixing Old Photographs 1)Are there any software packages available that allow one to fix blurry photographs? I have an old photo but the people in it are a little blurry (camera was focused incorrectly). 2) What is the best software package to get in order to fix-up old photos (biggest bang for the buck)?

I don't know of any way to fix a photo that was not sharp to begin with, although I wouldn't be surprised if someone out here might not know of a way. Best software for the money? Elements, after that, Photoshop LE.
