Conflicting disk drive

I have just been given a digital camera for Christmas-
The software has installed it as a REMOVEABLE DRIVE

However it has installed it on Drive A:
Which is also used by the floppy the drive letter is greyed so I can't change it

The camera is A KONICA KD100 (It is of UK spec.)
The software is MGI PHOTOSUITE SE
The computer runs on Windows 98

Why won't it work? Have I missed something simple?

Look into re-mapping your drives (i.e., assign drive letters)... Drive A: should be left for the floppy C: for a hard drive; you'd want to go with something higher then at least D or E (which are typically used for CD-ROM drives)...

Good luck!
