Slide Scanning Equipment & Computer I'm interested in high quality scanning of slides & films. First of all, I'm looking into a scanner that provides Optical Density of over 3.2 (Nikon Super Cool Scan 2000). What do you think? Another question is whether the computer should be an Intel based or a Macintosh? I was told that the Mac will provide better graphic manipulation but where do I get more information on whether a PC or Mac is better for graphics? Can the current PC handle graphics as well as the Mac nowadays?
